The interior of the helmet is the identical to the original and consists of fire resistant Nomex®. The chin strap is made from a complex procedure of Kevlar material which is then soaked in a special non flammable resin. The integrated H.A.N.S. device is also an original part.
The visor consists of a 3mm thick polycarbonate and is bullet proof according to SNELL standards.
Schuberth Formula One technicians created this helmet as an exact copy of the original and the exterior finish is hand painted by the original designer.
This genuine replica is only available in limited quantities. Only twenty pieces have been made, worldwide.
Each helmet visor wears an original Michael Schumacher autograph.
